In today’s economic climate, we’re all looking for ways to stretch our dollar. Here are four tips to help you save money on your printing:
1. Ink – Reduce the number of ink colors you use. Many clients print their envelopes in single color. Or for a low cost, full-color option, consider digital printing.
2. Paper – There are many low-cost business papers to choose from. We’ve seen dramatic increases in paper cost during the last year (especially envelopes), so evaluating your paper brand is a prudent idea.
3. Quantity - Ordering in larger quantities will reduce your unit cost.
4. Format/Art – Changing paper size or making slight design modifications, such as removing a bleed or die cut, may result in a lower printing cost.
